Vancouver D'Auvray was internationally successful under first Danielle Torano (USA) and later Bernardo Alves Resende (BRA) and Rodrigo Pessoa (BRA). His international successes include victories and placements, for example at the CHIO Aachen; the Global Champions Tour of Estoril, Cantilly, Monaco and Valkenswaard; World Cup jumping in Europe and the USA. Particularly noteworthy are the 3rd place at the Global Champions Tour 2007 (Wellington / USA) as well as successes at the World Cup finals in Gothenburg 2008 and the World Equestrian Games in Kentucky 2010.

Vancouver D'Auvray's sire Heartbreaker by Nimmerdor - Silvano is rightly called the living legend of jumping horse breeding.  Heartbreaker himself was internationally successful under Grant Wilson (NZL) and Peter Geerink (NED). Placements in the final of the Samsung Super League in Donaueschingen, the Grand Prix in Falsterbo, Geesteren, Hamburg and Aachen are just a few examples of his outstanding sports career. In addition to Vacouver D'Auvray, Vancouver D'Auvray's dam Nikita by Jokinal de Bornival and Lurano also produced his full brother, Toulon, who was also licensed and internationally successful. Toulon has also made an excellent name for itself as a sire with numerous internationally successful offspring, Bundeschampions and licensed stallions.  Quina, another full sister of Vancouver D'Auvray and Toulon, is also successful internationally in 1.60m courses, as is another son of Nikita, Rouen by. Vancouver D'Auvray's dam's sire Jokinal de Bornival by Almé Z - Rigoletto was internationally successful under Ludo Phillipaerts in addition to being a breeding stallion. He can show victories and top placings in the Grand Prix of Oslo, Paris, Lanaken, Aachen and Amsterdam, among others. 

Vancouver D'Auvray's pedigree is rounded off with the stallions Lurano, who carries the valuable legacy of Der Loewe xx via Lugano, and the thoroughbred Uppercut xx.
